Help for somebody starting to use Wireshark?

Hi Friends,

I am new in Wireshark, pls guide me for exploring the Wireshark packets and some important factor which need to check at the primary investigation.

Wireshark wiki, or youtube videos, i reccomend the book, only because i am reading it at the minute.
