Can someone confirm that there is an issue with decoding the cycle values in decodes of profinet protocol?

Hi Experts, I'm trying to map traces from both ends of a profinet communication. It looks like that the decoded cycle values do not match on both ends. Am I missing something or is there a flaw in Wireshark (Version 2.6.4 (v2.6.4-0-g29d48ec8)? Thanks, Stefan

Hi all, the solution was very simple. At one end of the trace was taken with a profitap with the "Keep CRC32" option beeing set. It looks like that Wireshark is interpreting the last two Bytes as Cycle, Data Status and Transfer Status. Checking Protocol Preferences >> Assume packets hace FCS did the trick for me, now the Cycle values are matching at both ends. Thanks to all who responded. /stefan-uwe
