Your question can hardly be answered without a look at the full trace file.
If you seek help in a potential hacking attack we need a lot more information. Some of the first questions are:
Please be aware, that a trace file can include sensitive information like passwords or e-mails transmitted in plain text.
In case of a confirmed network intrusion you might want to hire some professional help.

Personally while I appreciate that some members have skills in this area I'd rather not encourage users to come here as the first port of call for help on a compromised system, there are much better resources that are aimed at that task, e.g. MalwareBytes, Bleeping computer etc.
Fair enough to post a capture when looking at a specific bit of compromised traffic.
i solved the issue, not hacked :) just my asus router acting abit wierd, all good now after a reset and new firmware installed.
just got worried coz it looked really bad / weird.
