msvcp120.dll Not Found

Hello. I have installed Wireshark 2.2.17 on an older virtual server. The server OS is Windows Server Enterprise (2008, non-R2). I'm using the older version of Wireshark because the 2.6 version won't install on a system that old. The install, which included the WinPcap 4.1.3, and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) 14.0.2415, ran without event. However, when I go to launch the program, I receive the message "This application has failed to start because MSVCP120.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I thought it might just be a DLL registration issue. But, I've searched the system for this file, but can't find it. The closest thing I can find is msvcp120_clr0400.dll, with two different versions in C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might do to correct this issue? Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and efforts in advance! Greg

That version should have installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, check for that in Programs and Features. If not found either re-run the Wireshark installer, ensure it's run with elevated permissions (it should request them) or download the redistributable from here choosing x64 or x86 as appropriate.

Note that the VC++ 2013 files are confusingly named xxx120.dll.

Never download Microsoft dll's from anywhere but Microsoft. This is a terrible idea.
