That looks like a question for the BitBake folks, or the producer of the recipe for the Wireshark build.

but with wireshark 4.0.x, i see no issues and bitbake build completed
please suggest where I look into for this issue
This is not a Wireshark project issue, BitBake is not a supported build system.
I have no experience whatsoever with BitBake, but assume it's something like CMake which is used to build Wireshark in which case it's likely that something changed in Wireshark 4.2.x that hasn't been tracked by whoever produced the BitBake recipe.
You'll need to either fix the issue yourself or look for support from the producer of the BitBake recipe, or preferably, move to CMake which is supported.
