Have the devices communicate through a (managed) switch and capture from a properly configured mirror port on that switch.

they communicating with managed switch but how can I set it up in Wireshark and run the captures?

As long as the traffic from both devices passes through the mirror port, then a Wireshark capture on that mirror port will capture the traffic from both devices.
