A little light reading here (Low Latency, Low Loss, Scalable Throughput (L4S) Internet Service: Architecture) for those following along with the home game.

Wireshark dissects and displays the ECN values including ECT(1) and CE but doesn't indicate that they mean that L4S is in use, nor is there any analysis with the TCP stream of L4S actions.

edit, fixed typo, ECN(1) -> ECT(1)

L4S technology is enabled by the carrier, if the carrier advise L4S is enabled I assume that the ECN values are true.

Note: A sender that wishes a packet to receive L4S treatment as it is forwarded, MUST set the ECN field in the IP header (v4 or v6) to the ECT(1) codepoint.
