See Ethernet device and track it

I have a device plugged into the ethernet of my router. It's a Comrex Axxess that allows me to send good quality audio back and forth. It's been dropping out quite a bit so I want to be able to track it/record it's packets but don't know where to start on Wireshark to do this. Need to track UDP info. Obviously I'm not an IT person but an end user. help please?

The documentation on the Comrex web site is pretty extensive.
You didn't mention which of their products you are using. Can you post a link to the manual?

There are several methods available for capturing Ethernet traffic. Refer to the Wireshark Ethernet capture setup wiki page for more information.
