i open up wireshark and i see that there are no interfaces displayed besides Adapter for Loopback traffic capture which doesnt let me in so i try to find wifi or ethernet interface or capture but it doesnt work. Anyone know how to get ethernet capture or wifi on the interface?

I am getting the same issue. I have tried everything including removing Npcap and then reinstalling it. Nothing has worked so far. I am running Windows 10 Pro fully updated and Avast Pro, but this should not be an issue... Any help other than linking to an old post from years ago?

This is probably an Npcap issue. See the answer to this similar question.
