What does a TCP zero window message implies?

I am collecting network trace for a wireless device from the wireshark GUI. I came across error messages such as TCP Zero window followed by TCP window Full. In fact the device is not transmitting the Bad Tcp packet but other hosts/server. Could anyone help me understand what does this Bad TCP flag supposedly mean? Is this something to bother?

The first Google search result for "TCP Zero Window" shows we have a wiki page for that: TCP Zero Window.
