How to fix: Adapter for loopback traffic capture.

My display when i launch Wireshark doesn't give the normal options, it gives me "Adapter for loopback traffic capture". How do i get around this.

It helps if you include the information from "Help->About Wireshark" or "wireshark -v".

This sounds like one of the all too frequent issues with npcap. Look at the other questions tagged with npcap, in particular those that discuss the state of the npcap service.
