Indeed LPP decoding from a NAS 5GS PDU was not implemented yet. I added it in https://code.wireshark.org/review/#/c... so you will need to update your Wireshark version once it is merged.

Edit: the change is now merged in Wireshark 3.1.1 development tree.

A simple search would have pointed you here, all display filter fields available for LTE Positioning Protocol Extensions (LLPe), which I think is what you are referring to. Or is that an other LPP you are looking for?

I saw those filters but they don't seem to work on a pcap file and I don't any method to turn on LPP/LPPe decoding. In my particular case I have a NAS 5G packet in which Wireshark recognizes the payload container type of LTE Positioning Protocol but it doesn't decode the container.

Open a bug report with an enhancement request and attach a sample pcap.
