how to move wireshark to system tray when it is minimized

  • retag add tags

I am using a special browser which closes each and every active application except those which are in system tray so I want to move it to system tray

Hi Prudvi,

We need more info.

  • Provide a screenshot (images can be added with or a link to a hosted file). Ideally, you can identify with images what expected behavior is vs actual.
  • Go onto the command line and get the output of wireshark -v and post it here

Wireshark has no option of its own to do so.

A Google search for "put application in the system tray" found some recommendations for third-party programs to put programs into the system tray.
