can anyone explain this?

I recently download wireshark because I noticed some of my files missing and shared plus my PC name changed and some other odd things going o. Can anyone explain thisto me I am new to it. This is a capture if I let it go for like 20-30 mintues it gets up in the 100s thousands packets ranges these are in the first minute or so of captureimage description image descriptionimage description

I think looking in detail at network packets, which is what Wireshark is used for, is unlikely to be of much help to you. I suggest that you head to a malware rectification forum such as Bleeping Computer.
