Is this a GUI bug or my PC is having EKG ?

Hi, using Version 4.0.8 (v4.0.8-0-g81696bb74857)., I see that weird network activity (all Networks are like EKG waves form) on GUI, and I have not decided if issue is GUI or real networking behavior. I have an image to share but impossible to upload less than 60 points (what?)
