Is my methods to view data in this UDP Protocol correct?
Hi, A newbie question here. Does a UDP connection contain data? Is it possible to view this data on WS?
I did the following. It is actually a UDP connection made by Brave browser to a Google IP during the browser startup. But, I wonder if my techniques are correct.
I right-clicked on one of the UDP connections > Follow > UDP stream > Get a new window with lots of random characters. Like .Q050......R....E4y.%[sK
At the bottom of the window, I select show and save data as > YAML. Save as > wireshark.yml.
From my browser, I browsed to https://localise.biz/free/converter/yml. Choose file > wireshark.yml. Convert to HTML.
Finally I get an HTML file that shows something like this, in a table.
Is the result I've uploaded in the image above is the UDP data? Or are my methods above wrong?
