everytime i press capture it says "Couldn't run /usr/bin/dumpcap in child process: Permission denied

everytime i press capture "Couldn't run /usr/bin/dumpcap in child process: Permission denied" and when i press ok it says "Error by extcap pipe: * (process:1422): WARNING *: 11:39:10.841: Missing parameter: --remote-host"
