What are the best courses to take for a DDC building automation technician looking to improve communication problem troubleshooting?
DDC/Building automation technician primarily working with BACnet/mstp, BACnet/IP, and Modbus. Looking to use Wireshark to troubleshoot and find root cause for communication problems. Can anyone suggest classes/ training that is suited to this field?
