I am unable to run Wireshark because I get an error message "Could not create profiles directory". I searched the questions and I think the problem is the ownership of the .config file.

I think this is the command I need: sudo chown ~/.config so that I can change the owner from root to my own username. My problem is: I can find the config file. When I go to the terminal to try and run this command - with my user name obviously - I get an error "No such file or directory".

Where can I find the config file?
