Decode as LCT(RFC5651)

I use wireshark version 2.4.4

If decode as protocol 'ALC', it include LCT protocol. But the LCT looks like old LCT version(RFC3451) protocol. Is there no latest LCT(RFC5651) in wireshark? or Is there any way decoding as RFC5651?
