The output format for Wireshark 3.0.x and Wireshark 3.2.x for decimals differs

if I start wireshark version 3.0.9 I get the output with "." e.g. "6.0" if I start wireshark version 3.2.2 I get the output with "," e.g. "6,0" for windows version of wireshark, buster version also shows "6.0" What do I have to do for windows version to get also "6.0" ?? I had a look to preferences/languages and it is always english.
