can i see a passward for a forgotten device connected to wifi

my iPad has an account I forgot a few years ago and can't seem to get the password is it possible to "hack" it and find the password

Not with Wireshark. Wireshark captures and analyzes information sent over a network and it's extremely unlikely that the password credentials to login to the iPad will ever be sent over the network.
