Do you use WinPap or npcap?

And, regardless the answer to the previous point, do you get the same issue if you double-click a previously saved capture file, so that Wireshark doesn't start from the welcome/dashboard screen but immediately opens a file?

Dear sindy, WinPcap 4.1.3 is installed by wireshark and yes it disconnects few seconds after I open a saved file

I'm out of ideas then. In the past I had the same experience with a particular version of npcap (and seemed to be the only person affected in the universe), and the reason to ask about starting Wireshark on an existing file was that if started without indicating a file, Wireshark captures on all interfaces so that it could draw the realtime traffic graphs. So my next step would be to uninstall WinPcap and try again to ultimately find out whether Wireshark itself or WinPcap is what cannot live together with your system.

good Idea man! I uninstalled WinPcap and started wireshark! now it cannot identify any interfaces but the wifi disconnected again few seconds after starting wireshark!

possibly try closing wireshark, open cmd as admin, do net start npf, open wireshark, see if it works for longer... or perhaps first try net stop npf before you open wireshark and then net start npfand try it again?
