Need help to track issue abt smb scan to folder issue

From scanning from Konica bizhub to test server No antivirus no firewall all sharing port on test server open still it's giving logon error. I have double checked username password still same issue someone please help. Before joining domain it's was fine after joining domain smb to scan not working in some system.
