I mean, how can I deduce conclusions from LOGS of networking? is there a link or something to learn about logs of networking and how can I deduce from them data?!

What do you mean by"LOGS OF FILES" and "LOGS of networking"? There are all sorts of mechanisms for logging information, including logging captured packets to a capture file.
