In particular, do you want to "measure the delay and throughput of Wireshark", meaning "how many packets per second can Wireshark dissect, and how long does it take to dissect a packet", or do you want to measure the delay and throughput of certain network traffic by capturing that traffic and analyzing it with Wireshark?
