Can i ask someone help to interpret for me the wireshark expert information?

i suspected some suspicious activity on my laptop. just downloaded the wireshark. need help from someone who can interpret the packet report and wireshark expert information? thank you so much if anyone could offer to help.

I have an issue regarding the pack transfers, are flaged with red and dark color. Also i have some aps running in task manager that i think that they should not be there
