How much bandwidth going to streaming services?

Is it possible to determine what percentage of bandwidth/internet usage is going to streaming services such as Youtube, Hulu, Netflix, etc? Don't need to know who is or block them, just need to know percentage of data during regular business day is going to video streaming/movies/TV shows.

Wireshark is a packet analyzer, not a network monitor and as such, is not the right tool for this task.

There are some other tools listed on the tools wiki page that might be suitable.
