Wireshark won't decrypt my forged 802.11 traffic

I'm trying to develop a script using Scapy to forge realistic 802.11 traffic with TKIP encryption.

SSID: ikeriri-5g
Password: wireshark

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong or point out any useful resource?
