I am trying to capture synchrophasor IEEE C37.118

I have the simulation network with hardware in loop interfacing (SEL PMU device). I tried to decode the synchrophasor frame in Wireshark; however, I have the following issue in the attached figure (highlighted in red):

Even though I have configured it to dissect the synchrophasor data, any suggestion to solve the issue would be highly appreciated.

I don't know anything about that protocol but it would appear that your capture doesn't include a "configuration frame" packet that explains how to dissect the data.

You'll probably need to stop the processes, client and server, that generate the traffic, start the capture and then restart those processes to get a configuration frame sent.
