I cannot see tcp packets in wireshark.

I have vector canoe and wireshark open at the same time. In vectore canoe, I can see the tcp packets. but in the wireshark logs, I'm not able to see those packets, I can see the remaining someip , udp, doip, arp packets.

Could you please help me with any additional settings that be required to view these tcp packets in wireshark?

Are you seeing any non-broadcast packets in Wireshark?

There's most likely something not working in your capture setup, i.e. the interface that the capture is made on does not receive the packets you're interested in. I'm not familiar with the other tooling you describe, so can't really tell what the required networking situation must be.
