Which is best GUI to use ?

I am wanting to use a GUI with Wireshark in order to keep track of what files/video clips etc clients are downloading or uploading over small network . What would be the best GUI for someone withput much experience ?. How easy is that to monitor videos/files being uploaded and downloaded ?.

Wireshark is a packet analysis tool, with a GUI, for file monitoring other tools may be more suitable.
