Much less packets on Windows than Linux on same port [closed]

Hello,

we have a Hp switch and I have configured it to mirror one port to another. When I connect a Windows 10 PC and run wireshark I see only broadcasts and/or packets directed from or to this PC When I connect a Linux PC on exactly the same port and cable, I can see the mirrored traffic.

Does Windows 10 filter out all the traffic that does not belong to this PC?

Greetings Andreas
