Error: "module 'pyshark' has not attribute 'LiveCapture'" [closed]

No matter what I do in VS Code/Windows11 I get the error "module 'pyshark' has no attribute 'LiveCapture'" I have uninstalled Wireshark and pyshark and reinstalled, and even put the Wireshark folder location in my PATH environment variables. It looks like for some reason pyshark is not seeing tshark inside of Wireshark.
