filter specific folder
is it possible create a filtrer that shows traffic generated by programas that are in a specific folder?

Not easily. Some capture libraries can record the process that emitted the traffic, usually in the form of a process ID which may or may not be reused.
What is your OS?
And it only may work on traffic to or from the local machine on which you capture.
