How can install Wireshark latest version on a Debian 11 OS?

I want to instal Wireshark latest version on a Desktop with Debian 11 OS 64 bits Has 500 GB of memory Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5800 @ 3.2 GHz X 2

Debian 11 is Debian 11 (Bullseye) which is also the current "oldstable".

The debian bullseye (oldstable) package is wireshark (3.4.10-0+deb11u1).

The "Wireshark latest version" is Wireshark 4.0.8 is now available

To get the latest version you will have to build it.
Look at 3.4. Obtaining The Wireshark Sources and 2.1.1. Build environment setup.
