Getting information from statistics

Would anyone please help me with the following:

After capturing packets, under Statistics summary,

• does the "Average bits/s" indicate the throughput?

• Which parameter indicates drop rate and how to find the drop rate from the statistics?

From HTTP Statistics>Packet Counter, for an URL, how we can find the number of responses, type of responses, rate and percentage.
