My wireshark keeps coming up empty
My wireshark keeps coming up empty. I verified my settings and made sure to switch off the promiscuous mode. I also don't have tcp-ethereal-trace 1 as a interface.

"Empty" meaning "no interfaces are shown"?
On what version, of what operating system, is this?
Hi Guy, sorry to clarify, I meant to say when I try to capture I keep receiving the message "no packets”. And I also seem to have not have the interface mentioned above.
