A Master's Thesis on a topic related to Wireshark

Can a Master's student create a master's thesis that contains the word "Wireshark"? For example, a topic like- Feasibility of Wireshark in Data Science work.

Sure, why wouldn't you be able and allowed to? The name is a registered trademark, which means you cannot slap the name onto a 'competing' product. A master thesis is not that.
