Some explanation on RDP drops

Hello, i'm just new at whireshark. We have a problem on rdp drops what we cannot figure out why. what ii found is that mij vpn client address 10.200.104.173 connects to 10.60.16.249 and that i see on whireshark that the destenation 10.60.16.249 is sending u RST ACK Bur why, how can i find what is cosing this ?

i can't put an screenshot and logfile to this request, >60 points required to upload files. Someone i can send my files to look at ?
