Seeing Full URLs

I'd like to use Wireshark to find out the full URL that a certain program is connecting to, not just the domain -- the subdirectory should be included, however when looking at the data Wireshark provides I don't see that at all. Am I just being dumb, is there a setting/plugin/option to do this, or is this simply not possible within Wireshark?

Is this HTTP (port 80, typically) or HTTPS (port 443, typically)?

HTTPS means it is encryted and that information is not visible.
