Wireshark not starting

When I click desktop icon nothing happen, no error occured. But when I start windows in safe mode its start and works correctly. How can I fix it? Wireshark version 3.6.7. Reinstall did not help.

Have you tried the ""standard Windows repair" of uninstall, REBOOT, then reinstall?

You might also try uninstalling npcap, REBOOTing and then a install of the latest version of npcap.

Thanks for your answer. I have tried to uninstall npcap and after reboot install latest version of npcap 1.71 and wireshark still not start

Open a CMD box. And start the executable by hand. See if that shows any errors. Also note the time when you test and investigate the logs with EventVwr

I have tried to do it through CMD but errors did not occured. I did not find anything about wireshark in EventVwr

Did you check the Event Log? Relevant information can usually be found either in the Application or System Event Log
