I apologize for the newbie question but can I use the WS tools to find out if my ISP is the cause of my livestream randomly being disconnected? If so, what do I look for?

Not sure how well you understand TCP/IP. But this a case where you dig in and see if you can make sense of what you are seeing. I strongly suggest you watch some youtube stuff of Laura about Wireshark. If that is too complex then WireShark is not your tool.
