Is Cloudshark GPL compliant?

Cloudshark uses Tshark to parse and filter pcap data but is a commercial product that doesn't use GPL licensing. My understanding from reading the GPL v2 page is that this wouldn't be allowed since their product doesn't function in any meaningful way without Tshark. Could someone confirm that their usage of Tshark is not a violation of the GPL license?

This (mostly) explains why this can be done. Essentially the dissection engine is used to dissect the packets, the UI code is used to interact with the end user. These exist 'at arms length' of each other, AFAIK.
