In the protocol hierarchy packets, my adapter loop back capture on my desktop home pc feature is up to 50 percent data in either TCP or DNS. Is this suspicious traffic?

If you are surfing the Internet, you will expect DNS lookup and TCP traffic. The DNS traffic should be only a small percentage.
