What is 7 interfaces, 1 hidden? How can I see what is hidden?

I'm new to Wireshark. When checking for devices using my WIFI, I saw "7 interfaces, 1 hidden". I would like to see each device usint my WIFI. Thanks for advice on how to see all devices using my internet.

That control on the welcome page is a drop-down list. You can click on it (like most other elements on that window), which shows you which of the categories (Wired, Wireless, External Capture) of interface are shown and checkboxes to change this selection.

Note that it refers to the "network interfaces" on the machine that's running Wireshark, not devices in the network.
