Wireshark (Not Responding) Error

Whenever I click on Capture the Network, the next page opens up and goes into Not Responding Phase.. I checked many times and the same thing happens... Even, updated my Windows and did scan works, but nothing helped out...

Did you update your npcap capture driver as well?

Yes, I already did that.. updated with the 1.60 Version.. can you now tell me how to proceed with it further

Can you update the question with the output of wireshark -v? That will include information about the system and libraries.

That looks like a Windows 7 Start button. Are you running a 3.2.x version of Wireshark?
System Requirements
Wireshark 3.2 was the last release branch to officially support Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

I use Win 7 and returned to Version 3.4.13.
