I've been periodically downloading the "manuf" database, but since yesterday I get a 500 (Internal Server Error) on the request:

Fetching https://code.wireshark.org/review/gitweb?p=wireshark.git;a=blob_plain;f=manuf.tmpl;hb=HEAD.
Error fetching https://code.wireshark.org/review/gitweb?p=wireshark.git;a=blob_plain;f=manuf.tmpl;hb=HEAD: 500 Can't connect to code.wireshark.org:443 (nodename nor servname provided, or not known)

The code moved to GitLab almost 18 months ago, the legacy hosts were recently shutdown, partly because of the software used ran on Java.

Try here for the corresponding file from GitLab.
