why i can't capture packets on my Mcbook m1?

i'm new in wireshark, i need this for my academic course in networks. So i have to capture some packets and analyze them, but the program doesn't capture any packets, or any activity. What can be wrong?

Are you trying to capture on en0? If so, are you trying to capture in monitor mode?

Yes! The strange thing is that when I tried once to capture on the loop, it did capture some packets. I don’t what else to do.
