The Frame length is fixed to 109 bytes

In my wareshark capture between 2 machines WIndows server 2016, i detect the frame length is fix 109.I need pls explication about that?

There isn't an attachment or snapshot. A couple of questions. 1. Is Wireshark complaining about incorrect packet length or truncated. 2. Are the bytes on the wire and captured the same. 3. Is the IP length correct. 4. Is there a capture of a large ping between the two machines. If the pings are successful, the packet capture should provide what is going on.
